| David Carter is President of Canada Film Capital, and has been with the company since its formation in 1997. Previously, he was SVP of Finance with EP Canada; he began his career in the Toronto office of the accounting firm, BDO Dunwoody. A bachelor of science graduate from the University of Waterloo, David is licensed as a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant in Canada, and as a Certified Public Accountant in the US. | |||
