David Carter is President of Canada Film Capital - which is the largest financial services, tax credit financing & administration company for the film and television industry in Canada . After graduating with a bachelor of science degree from the University of Waterloo , David joined Dunwoody Chartered Accountants in Toronto and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. David joined the company in 1995, and has since qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S.
